Our first vintage of Clandestine Vineyards Pinot Gris is sourced from a single, cool climate vineyard from the King Valley, Victoria.

Cool climate Pinot Gris is cold- pressed to preserve brightness and aromatics. The free-run juice is stabilised in stainless steel before partial barrel fermentation and maturation in old French oak puncheons (on lees) for four months. Lightly fined and with minimal sulphites prior to bottling.

This Pinot Gris pays homage to Alsace, albeit with a King Valley accent – a perfect match with many Chinese, Indian and Mexican dishes, or try with pungent washed-rind cheeses like Morbier, Raclette, Taleggio, Munster and Livarot.
